Executive Head Chef:Makoto Takano
 Makoto Takano was born in Japan. There, he has been trained in Traditional Japanese cuisine since he was 16 years old. Mako came to the United States. in 2017 to open LDH kitchen USA's first restaurant as Executive Head Chef. 
 
 
Sous Chef: Yousuke Sato
Yousuke Sato was born in Japan and came to the United States 30 years ago.With over twenty years of culinary experience , Chef Sato is known for his blend of Japanese and American cuisines, incorporating tradition and innovation.
